According to legend, our world was created by a goddess named Lupa, and these crystals are rewards for our efforts. We receive them when we overcome hardships. I've been studying them for 10 years now, and you know what's amazing? They literally manifest from nothingness. All these years I've tried to find a use for them, as did several generations of elves before me, but to no avail. Eventually, we came to see them simply as gifts from the goddess, keeping them as trinkets.
