Game Rules

The Lupa World Community Chat Rules
1. Respect and politeness
1.1 All members must respect each other. Insults, threats and disrespectful behavior are not allowed.
1.2 Any form of discrimination is prohibited, including racial, gender, religious and others.
1.3 Offensive remarks, degrading comparisons, public mockery or any other form of disregard for the skills, strategy or decisions of other players are not allowed. Constructive criticism is acceptable only in a respectful form.
2. Staying on topic
2.1 Discussions must relate to the game and its topics. Off-topic is allowed only in dedicated channels.
2.2 Advertising is prohibited unless approved by the administration.
2.3 No spam: don’t flood the chat with stickers, messages, images or other content.
3. Privacy
3.1 Personal information of members must remain confidential. Sharing personal data without consent is prohibited.
3.2 Members must respect each other’s privacy and must not share private messages or information without permission.
4. Compliance with laws
4.1 Any actions that violate the law are prohibited. This includes piracy, distribution of illegal content and other unlawful activities.
4.2 It is prohibited to discuss or distribute information about hacks, cheats and other unfair gameplay methods.
5. Language
5.1 The primary language of the chat is Russian. Other languages are allowed as long as they don’t hinder communication.
5.2 Profanity and rude expressions are prohibited.
6. Moderation
6.1 Administrators and moderators have the right to take actions to maintain order in the chat, including warnings, temporary bans and permanent bans.
6.2 Administration decisions are not subject to discussion and must be followed.
7. Additional recommendations
7.1 Active participation in discussions about the game is encouraged. It helps create a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
7.2 Members may organize their own events and tournaments with the administration’s consent.
7.3 Experienced members are welcome to help newcomers settle in. Politeness and a helpful attitude create a positive environment.
8. Regular updates
8.1 The administration will regularly update the rules and inform members of any changes.
8.2 Members must follow updates and comply with the new rules.
Gameplay Rules
1. Automation is prohibited
The use of software tools is prohibited, including auto-clickers, macros, bots, scripts and any other instruments that replace or imitate player actions.
2. Resource monopolization and access blocking is prohibited
Abuse of limited in-game resources for the purpose of monopolization, as well as blocking other players from key mechanics, locations or content, is not allowed.
3. Attacks on game infrastructure are prohibited
DDoS attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities, attempts to hack servers or any other actions that disrupt the stability of the game are strictly prohibited.
4. Interfering with the game client is prohibited
Modifications of files, use of cheats, patches or third-party software that alters the original functionality of the client are not allowed. Exception: officially approved mods.
5. Spreading disinformation is prohibited
Misleading players through fake guides, false event announcements, fake support accounts or other forms of deception is punishable by a ban.
6. Exploiting bugs and game errors is prohibited
Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to the developers. Using bugs to gain an advantage (duping, farming of forbidden resources, etc.) is prohibited.
7. Unofficial trading is prohibited
Selling in-game items, currency or accounts for real money outside the sanctioned game systems is strictly prohibited.
Notes
- Violations are recorded by moderators and anti-cheat systems.
- Sanctions include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban or progress reset.
- Disputes are resolved via support with evidence attached.
