Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how user data is processed and protected on the website thelupaworld.space and in the game application “The Lupa World” (the “Service”). The Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation.

2. Data We Collect

  • email address provided during registration;
  • in-game nickname (character name) and chosen in-game settings;
  • in-game progress, inventory and gameplay statistics;
  • technical data: IP address, device type, browser version, interface language;
  • cookies and browser local storage data.

The Service does not request or collect ID documents, payment card data or any special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • creating and maintaining a user account;
  • authenticating the user in the game;
  • ensuring the Service works and saving the user’s progress;
  • sending service notifications related to the Service;
  • handling support requests;
  • improving the Service and analyzing usage patterns.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the user’s consent provided at registration and on Article 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

5. Retention

Personal data is stored for as long as the user account remains active and for the terms required by Russian legislation. Upon account deletion, data is erased or anonymized.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The operator does not share personal data with third parties, except where explicitly required by Russian law (on request of authorized state bodies) or necessary to operate the Service (e.g. hosting and messaging providers).

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to store user preferences, for authentication and for analytics. By continuing to use the Service the user agrees to the use of cookies. They can be disabled in browser settings, but this may limit the Service.
