Terms of Service

Effective from: April 24, 2026

1. Definitions

Service — the website thelupaworld.space and the game application “The Lupa World”, including all its components (website, game client, server, Telegram bot).

User — an individual using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Account — the user’s account created upon registration and used to access the Service.

2. General Terms

By using the Service the User confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If the User disagrees with any term, they must stop using the Service.

Users under 14 may use the Service only with consent of their legal representatives in accordance with Russian legislation.

3. Registration and Account

  • to use the Service the User creates an Account providing a valid email;
  • the User is responsible for the security of their Account credentials;
  • sharing, selling or buying Accounts is prohibited;
  • one User may not hold more than one Account unless explicitly allowed by the Service rules.

4. Acceptable Use

  • no automation software, bots, cheats, macros or similar tools granting unfair advantage;
  • no intentional abuse of bugs or vulnerabilities;
  • no interference with the Service or attempts of unauthorized access;
  • no unlawful content, harassment, spam or material violating third-party rights;
  • no use of the Service for any illegal activity.

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

All in-game objects, currency, items and progress are part of the Service and do not become the User’s property. The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use them within the Service.

Selling, trading or transferring in-game items and accounts for real-world money outside of the mechanics provided by the Service is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, its graphics, code, texts and design belong to the operator or its partners. Any use of Service materials without the operator’s written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for any outages, data loss or other damages except as explicitly required by Russian legislation.

8. Account Suspension and Deletion

The operator may restrict access to the Service or delete the Account in case of a breach of this Agreement. The User may also request deletion of their Account via support.

9. Changes

The operator may unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version is always available at /terms. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
