So, Private {name}. The Count informed me that there's a plateau east of the mountains. Though, after the tropics, it might seem a bit chilly there, but still, apparently there's a settlement there. They're sort of in the kingdom, but live on their own. Anyway, the Count says that if we try, we can negotiate with them, and they might help us. And we, Private {name}, as you know, could use more people, whoever they are, if they can follow orders. Go there and find out if they can help us in any way.
