You've probably already heard that elementals have awakened. Elementals essentially embody the element they represent and are completely made of that element. You used to be able to encounter elementals in these lands, but much less frequently, and they weren't as strong as they are now. From earth elementals I sometimes mined Frozen Metal Ore - work with it a bit and it becomes excellent material for armor or weapons. Since there are quite a lot of elementals now, you have a good chance to get this ore for me in exchange for something worthwhile.
