Listen up, {name}. The city is restless, and new recruits keep arriving almost every day. Some can barely hold a sword, some have never seen a shield in their life, but they'll still have to fight. That means we need a stockpile of weapons large enough for today and for whatever trouble tomorrow brings.
I've got too much on my hands, so Zephyr will handle this. He knows more about such matters than most. Find him and tell him I ordered a proper collection of anything that can be put to use. Let him figure out where we can get weapons, or at least good metal to melt down.
