Description
Let's start with the easiest source, {name}. The criminal district is crawling with local bandits, and a bandit without a knife, club, or rusty cleaver doesn't last long. Their weapons are trash, but they'll do for our first reserves. Some can be handed to the greenest recruits, and the rest can go straight into the furnace.
Go to the criminal district and bring me 5 Cold Steel Weapons. I don't care what shape they're in. Right now, gathering material matters more than admiring fine craftsmanship.
