Description
Snezhana listens in silence, from time to time tossing dry twigs into the fire. The flames crackle, and cold shadows move along the walls.
Nothing in nature happens by itself, {name}. Ice remembers water, a beast senses a storm long before people do, and a child feels its mother even through mountains and blizzards.
The dragonling has not gone mad. It is afraid. Or calling out. Its blood has sensed the approach of the one who laid those eggs. What you saw in the altar smoke was not a frightening tale for travelers. The prophecy is unfolding.
The yeti have done terrible harm. They touched what they should never have gone near. If Glaciara arrives and learns what happened to her eggs, her wrath will fall not only on the guilty. Ice will not stop to ask who held the shell and who merely stood nearby.
Tell Ariana: there is little time. We must prepare for the mother returning for her children.
