Description
I've got one hope left, {name}, and it hangs by a thread. The royal seal.
The very one that signed the decrees: charters, appointments, sentences. Without it not a single document on this island is worth anything — old or new. Find it and bring it to me.
Count Viktor holds together what's left of the city, and he holds it on sheer stubbornness: his claim is worth exactly as much as anyone else's who shouts louder. With the seal he's a lawful king, and everything he signs carries weight again.

A thing like that isn't carried in a pocket. Search the castle: royal chests, the chambers, the higher courtiers. And remember — you go in as four. Alone they'll take you apart before you reach the first chest.

Keit takes the seal, weighs it in her palm and holds it to the light.
That's the one. Heavy, the wretched thing. Everything that happened to this island was signed with it — the good as well, and there was good, once.
She frowns and turns the seal over.
A second mark is struck over the crest, a foreign one. I've never seen its like, and I've seen plenty. Never mind, we'll work it out.
Do you understand what you've brought me, {name}? This isn't a trophy. It's the first reason in years to tell people things can be as they were.
