Well, that's that, {name}.
Keit stands at the breach, looking in at the darkness of the castle.
The court is finished. No executioner, no queen, no king — so quiet your ears ring with it. For twenty years a shadow hung over this island, and now there's just a draught wandering the halls.
Go to Alexey and report: the castle is ours, the threat from inside is gone. Let him send people — a garrison, masons, whoever he sees fit. Places like this don't stay empty, {name}: if we don't take it, someone else will, and we'd be lucky if they were alive.
I'll stay here at the gates. Somebody has to hold the entrance until relief comes.

He is silent for a while, looking somewhere past you.
I'll be honest — I didn't believe in this day. I prepared for it, wrote the orders, drilled the men, and still didn't believe it. And here you stand, covered in dust, telling me it's over.
The garrison marches out by evening, and I'll spare what masons I can find. Tell Keit: relief comes at dawn, she's to hold until then and not go wandering those halls alone. Though I don't know why I bother.
